Data Deletion Requests

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• • The name of the app
• • One or more identifiers so we can locate your data:
  • ◦ the email address or third-party login (Google / Apple) you used to sign in, if the app has accounts
  • ◦ your Google Play order ID (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) or Apple transaction ID (reportaproblem.apple.com), if you have an active or past subscription
  • ◦ any in-app identifier the app exposes in its Settings (subscriber ID, anonymous user ID, etc.)

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. For particularly complex requests we may extend this by up to two further months, in which case we will notify you within the initial 30-day window. If we cannot match your request to any record, we will reply asking for more identifying information.

What gets deleted

Specifics vary by app — see that app's privacy policy. In general, deletion requests can cover any combination of:

• • Account and profile data
• • User-generated content held on our servers
• • Subscription records held by our payment processor (RevenueCat)
• • Diagnostic or analytics data tied to your account

Local data stored only on your device is removed automatically when you uninstall the app.

What may be retained

• • Purchase records are retained for up to 7 years where required by Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen). After that period, they are automatically purged.
• • Anonymized aggregate data that cannot be linked back to you is not subject to deletion under GDPR (it is not "personal data").
