Data Deletion Requests

This page explains how to ask for deletion of the data we hold about you for an app published by Loheden AI Solutions AB.

How to ask

Email hi@loheden.com with the subject "Data deletion request", the name of the app, and something that identifies you in it, such as an order or transaction number from the app store or an ID shown in the app's settings. If we cannot find your data, we may ask for more.

What is deleted

The data we hold about you for that app, apart from what the law makes us keep. What an app stores on your device is removed when you delete the app; backups you made are yours to delete.

What we keep

Purchase records, as long as bookkeeping law requires.

This applies to every app we publish. Each app's privacy policy describes its data:
