4. Product-Specific Terms

Loheden AI Solutions AB operates a number of software products and digital services, listed on our Digital Products page. A product may be governed by its own set of Terms and Conditions, available on its own website or supplied with the product; Wise Prediction and Share Predictions are examples, and the list is not exhaustive.

Product-specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms. Where a product-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific term governs for that product.

5. Products, Purchases and Subscriptions

Loheden offers software products and digital services on the terms presented for each product. A product may be made available as a web application, as downloadable software, or in another form, and may be offered as a one-time purchase, as a recurring subscription, or free of charge. Which of these applies, together with the price, the billing period and any renewal terms, is what is presented at the point of purchase for the product concerned and in that product's own terms.

Software supplied by Loheden is licensed, not sold. You receive the right to use it on the terms that accompany the product; ownership and all intellectual property rights in it remain with Loheden or its licensors. Any licence, device or activation rules for a particular product are set out in that product's own terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Loheden does not receive or store your full payment card details. How we handle the billing and transaction information we do receive is described in our Privacy Policy.

Refund and cancellation terms are those set out for the product concerned or presented at the point of purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal that applies to digital content under applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, software and materials on loheden.com, and in the products and services Loheden supplies, are the intellectual property of Loheden AI Solutions AB or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of it is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loheden AI Solutions AB, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use loheden.com, any Loheden product or service, or any information contained herein - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, and any decision rendered by such courts shall be final. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
